What it does

Built for people who run more than one mailbox

Business owners, office managers and web agencies juggle many addresses on many domains. Webmail Manager keeps them organised the way you think about them: domain first, then the accounts inside it.

Multiple domains

Add example.com, company.com and more. Each domain keeps its own server settings, so new accounts are one step.

Many accounts per domain

admin@, info@, sales@, support@ — each with its own name, signature and notification setting.

One-tap switching

Jump between mailboxes from the top of the screen. Saved sessions mean no repeated logins.

Complete email

Inbox, Sent, Drafts, Spam, Trash, Starred and your server's own folders. Read, reply, reply all, forward, attach files, save drafts, move and delete.

Search & notifications

Search by sender, recipient, subject or content. New-mail alerts for every account open straight to the right email.

Secure by design

Passwords live in your phone's Keychain / Keystore. Optional Face ID or fingerprint lock. Encrypted SSL/TLS connections.

How it works

Set up in under a minute

Add your domain

Type example.com — no https:// needed. The app looks up the domain's published mail settings automatically.

Enter your email address and password. Test Connection checks both the incoming and outgoing server before you continue.

Save securely

Choose Save Account to stay signed in. The password is encrypted by your phone — or choose Don't Save for a one-time session.

Add more & switch

Add more accounts or domains any time, then switch between them with one tap.

Privacy Policy

Webmail Manager (Android & iOS) · Published by Web House Nepal, Kathmandu, Nepal · Last updated 20 September 2026

1. Summary

Webmail Manager ("the app") connects your phone directly to the mail servers you choose. Web House Nepal ("we") does not operate any server that receives your emails, passwords or personal information, and the app contains no analytics, advertising or tracking code.

2. Information stored on your device

  • Account details — mail domains, email addresses, display names, signatures and server settings, kept in the app's private storage.
  • Passwords and session information — stored only in the device's secure storage (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore), encrypted by the operating system. They are never displayed, never written to logs and never sent anywhere except to the mail server you configured. Android cloud backup is disabled for the app so they cannot leave your device through backups.
  • Notification history — a list of recent new-mail alerts (sender, subject, time).
  • Downloaded attachments — kept in the app's temporary cache until you clear it (Settings → Clear cache).

If you choose Don't Save when signing in, that account and its password are kept in memory only and are forgotten when the app closes.

3. Information sent over the network

Your username and password are sent only to the IMAP and SMTP servers you entered (for example mail.yourdomain.com), over encrypted SSL/TLS connections by default. Emails you read, send, move or delete are exchanged only with those servers. When you add a domain, the app may look up that domain's public mail-configuration records to suggest server settings. If you turn on "Accept untrusted certificate" for a server, the connection stays encrypted but the server's identity is not verified — use this only when your hosting provider advises it.

4. Information we collect

None. We do not collect, store, sell or share any personal information from the app, and no third-party services receive data from it.

5. Permissions

  • Internet — to connect to your mail servers.
  • Notifications (optional) — to alert you about new email.
  • Face ID / biometrics (optional) — for the app lock; verification happens inside your phone's operating system.
  • Photos / camera / files — only when you choose something to attach to an email.

6. Deleting your data

Log out of an account to remove its saved password and session, or Remove an account or domain to delete everything the app stored for it. Uninstalling the app deletes all data it stored on your device. Because we hold no account or data about you, there is nothing to request from us. Emails themselves remain on your mail server and are governed by your email provider.

7. Children

The app is intended for business and personal email users and is not directed at children under 13.

8. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the date above and publish the new version on this page.

Questions

Frequently asked

Does it work with my hosting email?

Yes, if your email works in apps like Outlook or Apple Mail. Webmail Manager uses the standard IMAP and SMTP protocols supported by cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin and virtually every hosting provider.

What server settings do I need?

Usually none — the app detects them or uses the common defaults (mail.yourdomain.com, IMAP 993 and SMTP 465 with SSL). If your host uses different values, enter them under Server settings on the sign-in screen and tap Test Connection.

Can I use Gmail or Microsoft 365?

Yes, with an app password created in your Google or Microsoft account security settings. Direct Google/Microsoft sign-in is planned for a future version.

Where is my password stored?

Only on your phone, inside the iOS Keychain or Android Keystore, encrypted by the operating system. It is never sent to Web House Nepal.

What happens if I lose my phone?

Turn on the Face ID / fingerprint lock in Settings → Security to protect saved accounts. If a phone is lost, change your email passwords from your hosting control panel — saved sessions on the lost phone will stop working.

How much does it cost?

Webmail Manager is free, with no ads and no in-app purchases.
