We follow the following result-oriented, well-structured process to successfully complete web design and development projects. The project starts after signing the MOU with the company, so this process begins after the agreement is finalized.
Typically, the website requirements are analyzed and finalized before signing the MOU. However, after the agreement, the design and development team conducts a more in-depth review and works closely with the client to ensure greater accuracy for the success outcome.
After analyzing your actual web design requirement, we create a wireframe of the project based on your competitor analysis and suggestions that we procure. For basic websites, instead of wireframe we start template design from html css or with any design framework like bootstrap so the client can feel the website in the browser.
Once the design is finalized and approved, the development team begins turning it into a fully functional product. The entire development process is carried out based on the approved design. During this phase, client involvement is generally not required, as the developers handle the implementation and conduct initial testing on their end.
Once the development phase is completed, the project is handed over to the QA team. Testing is a critical part of web design and development, ensuring that everything functions smoothly and meets quality standards.
For most informational websites, we support the initial phase by organizing and adding content, and we also train clients to manage it through the CMS. By default, the content may be AI-generated, but if the client provides their own content, we will manage and integrate it accordingly. If professional, human-written content is required, it will be handled separately as a dedicated content writing project.
After all development, testing and content management the next step is to make the website live which is deployment. After deployment clients will get their website at their own domain name. Deployment is the final state of the website design and development so after successful deployment we will train clients to demonstrate how content can be managed from cms and how all works.
