Web, SEO and Social Media clients across Nepal and overseas.
The gap most businesses hit
Most Nepali businesses already have the accounts. Someone posts when there's time, a few posts get boosted when there's budget, and every so often a photo does well. Then the person who was doing it leaves, or gets busy, and it stops.
The output looks fine. What's missing is the part that makes it repeatable — a plan for what to say and to whom, a calendar that survives a busy week, someone answering the messages the posts generate, and a number at the end of the month that means something.
Followers and likes are easy to grow and hard to bank. We would rather show you qualified reach, conversations started, and enquiries you can trace.
Every step feeds the next. Skip one and the results stop being repeatable.
Services
Nine parts of the job. Most clients need six of them; the audit tells us which six.
We start by looking at what you already have — the accounts, the past twelve months, and who your competitors are reaching. Then we write down what social should be doing for the business.
A calendar you approve before the month starts, built around what the business actually needs to sell — including the festival calendar, because Dashain and Tihar move more retail than any other month.
Designed posts, written captions and short-form video, produced to a schedule rather than whenever there's a spare afternoon.
Comments and direct messages answered on working days, in the language the customer used. Most enquiries in Nepal arrive in the inbox, not through a form.
Campaign setup, audience targeting, retargeting and creative testing inside your own ad account. You keep control of the budget and can see every rupee of it.
One report a month covering what went out, what it reached, what it produced, and what we're changing next month. No screenshot dumps.
Business Suite, page roles, bios, highlights, pinned content and the basic hygiene that makes a page look like a company rather than a side project.
Meta Pixel, GA4, UTM structure and Google Tag Manager wired into your site — which is straightforward for us, because in most cases we built the site.
Shortlisting, briefing and measuring creator collaborations where they fit the audience and the budget.
Platforms
Nepal is not one social media market. Half the country is online, and the platforms split that audience very differently — so the right answer depends on who you sell to.
Best for: local reach at scale, Messenger enquiries, event and offer promotion, and reaching customers outside the Kathmandu valley.
Still the default platform here by a wide margin. If you only run one channel properly, this is usually it.
Best for: hospitality, retail, food, travel, salons and anything where the product photographs well.
Smaller audience than Facebook, younger and more urban, and the place where Reels do the heavy lifting.
Best for: short-form discovery with younger audiences, and categories where trends move fast.
TikTok was blocked in Nepal in November 2023, unblocked in August 2024, and completed official registration with the Ministry of Communications in November 2024. It is a real channel here again.
Best for: B2B, colleges and consultancies, banking and finance, professional services, and recruitment.
Small but growing faster than anything else here, and almost nobody in Nepal is using it properly yet.
Best for: explainers, property and hotel tours, course previews, customer stories.
The slowest channel to build and the longest-lasting — a video that ranks keeps working for years.
Scope
They are often sold as one thing. They are not, and the budget works differently for each.
Most Nepali businesses need both, in different proportions. What we do not do is quietly bill you for advertising budget — the ad spend goes to Meta from your own account, you can see it, and you control it. Our fee covers the work.
How it works
Six steps. The first two happen before you commit to anything.
A conversation about the business, the customer and what a good month would look like.
We review your accounts and two competitors, then send back what we'd change first. Free.
Platforms, audience, content pillars and the metrics we'll be judged on — written down.
Graphics, captions and video for the month. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.
Scheduled posting, plus comments and messages answered on working days.
One report at month end covering results and next month's plan.
The retainer, unglamorously
The most common question after “how much?” is “what am I paying for between the posts?”
The part most reports skip
Four groups of numbers. Most agency reports stop after the first two.
That last column is the one most reports leave out — because connecting a Reel to an enquiry means working on the website, not just the platform. We install and maintain Meta Pixel, GA4, UTM tracking and Google Tag Manager on your site, which is straightforward for us because in most cases we built the site.
Packages & Pricing
We publish prices for SEO and for web development. Social should be no different — so here are the packages, the prices, and the exact deliverable counts behind them.
Startups, small local businesses and new brands getting consistent for the first time.
Growing businesses and e-commerce brands running organic and paid together.
Enterprises and multi-location brands running social as a lead channel.
What the price does and doesn’t include. These fees cover the work — strategy, content, management and reporting. Advertising budget beyond the included amount is separate. Extra ad spend is paid to Meta from your own ad account, you control it, and you can see every rupee. 13% VAT applies to the service fee. There are no setup fees and no charges for reporting.

Free, no obligation
We'll look at your accounts, compare them against two competitors in your industry, and send back what's working, what isn't, and what we would do first.
It takes us a couple of hours. It costs you nothing, and there's no obligation to go further.
Results
This is the section that would beat every competitor in the market — and the one that cannot ship yet.
Case study 1 — data required
Case study 2 — data required
Case study 3 — data required
Recommendation: cut this section from version one rather than fill it. Across ten competitor pages reviewed, only two hard client results exist in the entire market — both inside a single testimonial carousel. Two real case studies would out-evidence every agency in this SERP. Until they exist, an empty section is better than an invented one. Required per case: client and permission, industry, platforms, period, challenge, what was done, content volume, ad spend, reach before/after, engagement before/after, enquiries before/after, cost per lead, and a client quote.
Who we work with
Six, not sixteen. Each one is backed by clients already on our books.
Schools, colleges and education consultancies. Admissions season is a campaign, not a post — and parents are on Facebook while students are on Instagram and TikTok.
Trekking agencies and tour operators selling to an international audience. Reels and YouTube do most of the work; enquiries arrive in the inbox.
Rooms, tables and events. Instagram and Facebook for discovery, with direct booking links tracked so you can see what filled them.
Hospitals, clinics and health institutes. Trust and clarity matter more than reach, and the compliance line has to be respected.
Showrooms, hardware, distributors and online stores. Festival campaigns around Dashain and Tihar, plus consistent offer promotion the rest of the year.
Finance, consulting and B2B. LinkedIn is growing faster in Nepal than any other platform and is still largely uncontested.
Why us
Four reasons, each of which you can go and check.
Social sends people somewhere. When that somewhere is a site we built, fixing a slow page or a broken form is a message, not a project.
Our web development service →Social, search and paid search planned together instead of by three vendors who never speak. We publish our SEO packages and results.
Our SEO service →Pixel, GA4, UTMs and Tag Manager installed properly, so the monthly report can say what social produced rather than what it reached.
How we report →An office in Sitapaila, a landline, and named people you can put a face to. Not a freelancer, and not an agency in another country.

Web design & SEO
Web House is one of the best SEO companies from Nepal with a professional web development team. The support you do after delivery is awesome too. Highly recommended.
Web & SEO
One of the greatest web solution and SEO service providers in Nepal that I am aware of and have worked with.
Social media testimonial required
There are currently no social media testimonials anywhere on the site — all five existing quotes are about web development or SEO. Collect two social-specific quotes with name, role, company and written permission.
Do not relabel a web development quote as a social media one.
Questions
Starting with the two that most agencies in Nepal avoid answering.
Our packages start from NPR 20,000 per month. Where you land depends on how many platforms you need, how much content goes out each month, whether video is included, and whether we’re managing paid campaigns as well as organic.
Prices for all three tiers are published in the packages section above. Advertising budget is separate and 13% VAT applies to the service fee.
⚠ Ranges to be confirmed by the business
No. The monthly fee covers the work — strategy, content production, publishing, community management, campaign management and reporting.
Advertising budget is separate, and it is paid to Meta from your own ad account. You set it, you can see it, and you can change or pause it at any time. We never hold your ad spend, and we don't take a percentage of it.
13% VAT applies to the service fee.
Social media management is the ongoing work of running a business's social accounts: planning what to post, producing the graphics, captions and video, publishing on a schedule, replying to comments and messages, and reporting on what it produced.
Our packages cover a monthly content calendar, designed posts and captions, short-form video, comment and inbox management, paid campaign management on the higher tiers, and a monthly report. The exact quantities per tier are in the deliverables table.
It depends on the tier, and the exact numbers are set out in the deliverables table above and confirmed in writing before any work starts. We would rather agree a volume we can sustain every month than promise a number that slips in month three.
⚠ Quantities to be confirmed by the business
There isn't one answer, but there is a decision rule. Facebook for broad local reach — it reaches 89.6% of everyone online in Nepal. Instagram for visual categories and younger, more urban audiences. LinkedIn for B2B, education and finance, and it's Nepal's fastest-growing platform at +21.1% year on year. TikTok for short-form discovery. YouTube when the thing you sell needs showing rather than describing.
Most businesses should run two properly rather than five badly. The free audit says which two.
Platform figures: DataReportal, Digital 2026: Nepal, October 2025 data.
We produce the graphics and captions. For video, we work from footage and product access you provide, and handle editing, captions and formatting for each platform.
⚠ Confirm the real division of work, and whether design and video are in-house or contracted
Yes, on the Growth and Performance packages. Comments and direct messages are answered on working days, in the language the customer wrote in.
This matters more in Nepal than in most markets — a large share of enquiries arrive as a Messenger or Instagram message rather than through a form on your website. An unanswered inbox is a lost sale.
Honestly: engagement and reach usually shift within the first four to six weeks, because consistency alone changes those. Enquiry volume typically takes two to three months of steady output before it becomes reliable rather than occasional.
Paid campaigns produce data immediately, but the first few weeks are spent testing audiences and creative to find what works — the cost per enquiry in month one is rarely the cost per enquiry in month three.
We don't guarantee follower counts, engagement rates or sales. Anyone who does is guessing.
Yes, always. Your pages, your ad account, your audiences and your content remain yours.
We work through Meta Business Suite with access you grant us, never by taking over your login. If we stop working together, you remove our access and everything stays exactly where it is. You will never need to ask us to hand your accounts back.
Yes. The month's calendar, graphics and captions are sent to you in week one and nothing publishes without your sign-off.
We ask for approval or comments within two working days, so the schedule holds. If something is time-sensitive we'll flag it separately.
Yes — captions, ad copy and community replies in Nepali, English, or both, depending on who you're selling to.
⚠ Confirm which content types this covers before publishing
Social media works on consistency, so we ask for a minimum commitment of ____ months to give the work a fair run. After that it's month to month.
Location isn't an issue. We work with clients across Nepal and overseas — our current client list includes businesses in Australia and the UK — and everything runs over calls, email and WhatsApp. You're welcome at the Sitapaila office any time, but you never need to come in.
⚠ Minimum commitment to be confirmed
